Since Cozytopia is a newly established small business selling low-priced goods, all sales are final.  In the instances of damaged or missing item(s), please contact cozytopia.shopsupport@gmail.com to request a refund.  Refunds for the impacted product(s) will be issued.  Shipping, handling, taxes, and other fees will not be refunded.
